Privacy and cookies

This website is an information site. It has no contact form, no customer accounts and no analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not set cookies of its own.

Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to keep the service secure and running.

• Online booking and the app. Bookings are made in the Western Cars booking system, which is provided by iCabbi and runs on its own website. The details you enter there are handled by that system, not by this website.
• Google Maps. The map on the contact page is only loaded if you choose to load it. When you do, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
• Phone and email. If you call or email us, we use the details you give us to respond and to arrange your journey.

The following wording is taken from section 4 of our terms and conditions.

4.1 Western Cars do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. By using the services contained on this website, you agree that we may use Personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks.

4.2 Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
